The timestamp for electronic signatures in QualityKick is set up to show in the UTC timezone, which is a globally recognized standard policy.
The reason for applying the UTC timestamp is to avoid confusion in companies with worldwide representation. In these cases it provides a unified solution, hence avoiding the confusion that can be generated when sharing documentation in which the different local time zones have been applied.
For companies that work in one timezone, it can be more relevant to show the timestamps in local time.
Show Date & Time in User’s Timezone
You can choose to show the date and time in your local timezone by following these steps:
- Go to Manage > General Settings >Date & Time Format.
- Turn the Show Date & Time in User’s Timezone switch ON.
The displayed timezone will then be shown in your local time throughout the system.
